Phillip S. Krombolz, VP

Phillip Krombolz began his insurance career in 1984. After graduating from Lafayette College, he went on to attend The Aetna Insurance Institute in Hartford Connecticut. Phil is concerned and diligent in providing his clients with proper insurance products and appropriate investment vehicles.

Jeff Sheets, VP
Jeff joined Krombolz-Sheets-Insurance in 1992 and has over twenty years experience working in the insurance industry. He began his career in 1980 working at adjusting claims and has been actively selling and servicing insurance for his clients since 1985. Jeff is very adept at helping his clients build complete and proper insurance programs to protect their businesses and their households.

John T. Warrington, Account Executive

John joined Krombolz-Sheets in 2007. He has 22 years experience in the insurance industry. He most recently spent 17 years as Director of Insurance Operations for a corporation specializing in Inland Marine insurance. He has been licensed as a Pennsylvania producer since 1986. He is currently responsible for both commercial and personal lines sales. He believes in building strong relationships with his clients, while providing outstanding service both before and after the sale.

Neil Gold, Insurance Advisor

Neil Gold joined Krombolz-Sheets, Inc. in 2011. Neil is a licensed agent for Property, Casualty, Life, Annuity and Health insurance products. Neil began his insurance career with Metropolitan Life Insurance in 1988 after graduating Temple University with a BBA in Marketing & Management. Neil’s relationship with Krombolz-Sheets, Inc. began shortly after when he was managing the group sales and marketing division of John Alden Life Insurance in 1990. Our relationship has taken a new turn with Neil joining Krombolz-Sheets, Inc. as a dynamic producer. Neil’s wholesale and retail insurance experience is complimented by Neil’s success in running his own wholesale supply company from 1994 - 2008. As a business owner, Neil has been on the consumer side of insurance relationships, which gives Neil a unique ability to relate with his business clients concerns. Neil speaks your language when it comes to knowing what you need for business insurance and is sensitive to the position of the business owner as a consumer. Kim Willis

Kim came to Krombolz-Sheets-Insurance back in 1985 and worked as our personal lines manager until she moved her family to Illinois. We were lucky enough to welcome Kim's family back to Chester County in 1994 and luckier still to have Kim rejoin Krombolz-Sheets-Insurance as a very valuable support person to the personal lines and accounting departments.
